In this course you will be experimenting with various expressions of faux from marble to fur!!!
Much like "trampe l'oeil," faux appears like the real thing, jazzing up anything from boxes to walls with decorative painting.

For those who are absolute beginners, you will have the guidance you need and the understanding of the tools and color to use in order to create your own style or painting. Also welcome are those who want to learn more about the medium or who have taken ABC Watercolor.
This six week course will help you to hone your present skills and develop new and deeper expressions in
watercolor. Fun new techniques, built in exercises or bring your own picture you would like to develop and tenjoy he company of others who feel as passionately about painting as you do!

Materials needed: Watercolor paints, brushes (one round and one 1/2” flat will do you fine!),
watercolor paper - suggested 140 lb. pad as well as pieces of 300 lb. paper….budget tip: buy one piece of 300 lb. paper as opposed to a pad or block and tear it into enough pieces to make 6 to 12 paintings.
